Teaching

Teaching assistant, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Indonesia, since February 2024, covering the econometrics sequence across the doctoral, master’s, and public policy programmes. Leads the tutorial sessions, theory and applied, four to five per semester in classes of 20 to 25, and marks the midterm and final examinations. Professional experience

Civil servant since 2015, first with the Ministry of Home Affairs on secondment to North Sulawesi, then with the Provincial Government of North Sulawesi. On study leave (PNS tugas belajar) for doctoral study since August 2023, posted to the Provincial Civil Service Agency (BKD). Earlier roles run across the procurement cycle, mostly at the Procurement Bureau of the Provincial Secretariat from 2020 to 2023: head of the sub-division for procurement assistance and technical guidance, commitment-making official, member of the procurement selection working group, procurement strategy analyst, and asset management officer. Competency assessor for the Professional Certification Body of the National Public Procurement Agency (LKPP) since 2025; procurement advisor since 2021 and contract support team member since 2020; certified facilitator since 2018.
