Professional experience
Civil servant since 2015, first with the Ministry of Home Affairs on secondment to North Sulawesi, then with the Provincial Government of North Sulawesi. On study leave (PNS tugas belajar) for doctoral study since August 2023, posted to the Provincial Civil Service Agency (BKD). Earlier roles run across the procurement cycle, mostly at the Procurement Bureau of the Provincial Secretariat from 2020 to 2023: head of the sub-division for procurement assistance and technical guidance, commitment-making official, member of the procurement selection working group, procurement strategy analyst, and asset management officer.
