I have been a civil servant in the Provincial Government of North Sulawesi since 2015, and have held procurement roles across the full cycle of public buying: asset management, procurement officer, commitment-making official, selection working group, and finally leading the provincial unit responsible for procurement advisory and technical guidance. That institutional experience is the origin of both my professional practice and my research interest in how public resources are actually allocated.

Study leave for doctoral study
From August 2023, on assignment as a civil servant (PNS tugas belajar) under a doctoral scholarship from the Provincial Government of North Sulawesi, for the PhD in Economics at Universitas Indonesia. Officials on study leave are posted to the Provincial Civil Service Agency for the duration of the degree.

Internal Procurement Facilitator, Provincial Training Institution (LPPBJ)
Registered internal facilitator for the North Sulawesi provincial procurement training institution, delivered through the Regional Human Resources Development Agency (BPSDMD). Teaches the four competency subjects, from procurement planning to contract management and self-managed procurement, across all four levels of the national framework, and serves as coach and evaluator.
